An architecturally rich detached family house built in an Arts and Crafts style, sympathetically restored and redesigned to provide beautifully proportioned accommodation with prolific period detail over three floors. 

The entertaining space on the ground floor was enhanced with the creation of a well equipped “butler’s” kitchen. The garden level was completely reconfigured to accommodate a sitting room, two guest bedrooms and shower room, a utility room and a large dining kitchen. 

A conservatory, well designed to fit the house, was also added to draw the garden inside the house.
