Tremmel Properties is run by Ron and Katrina Tremmel. With backgrounds in conservation architecture, interior design, and construction management, we decided to launch our business in 1997. We have been restoring and enhancing homes since then.

We’re the antithesis of the typical modern developer. We have a permanent staff of talented craftsmen who use traditional skills, and we meticulously restore or replace everything you can – and can’t – see.

We honour the original vision of the architect but also seamlessly reshape each property to create the very best living space with hand-crafted kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories, orangeries, and much more.

We understand that modern times require contemporary modern amenities together with the introduction of increased light and a sense of spaciousness. So we look to bring these fine old period properties right up to date with individually designed flowing spaces and a sympathetic, seamless blend between old and new.
